A Portland native, Devin found acupuncture through a circuitous route. Beginning with an interest in fertility and midwifery, she briefly trained as a doula before pursuing an interest in naturopathic medicine.  She worked as a medicinary service representative at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine.  For six years she studied the powers of herbal and natural medicines.

Devin received her Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, the top acupuncture college in the nation. The rigorous, 3300 hour program focuses on physiology and anatomy, and western pathology alongside traditional and modern Eastern medicine and theory.

Upon graduation from OCOM, she pursued a course of post-graduate work, treating patients six days a week in a small rural clinic in Repalle, India.  She started her own practice upon returning to Portland in 2008.

Besides acupuncture, Devin's practice incorporates several healing modalities including Chinese herbs, nutritional supplements, and essential oils and flower essences. She also utilizes gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, micro-current, and hot stone techniques.

More than just an acupuncturist, Devin considers herself her patients' ambassador and cheerleader. She feels honored to assist each individual with reaching their full potential, and truly loves hearing that her practice has helped them break through personal barriers, physical, emotional, and otherwise
